Admissions

Thank you for considering Bellus Spring Academy.

We welcome children from 18 months to 5 years into our Preschool (Crèche – Kindergarten 2), and older learners into our Primary School.

Most new admissions take place at the beginning of the academic year in September. However, depending on available spaces, the school may also admit students during the term on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the Admissions Office communicates only with a parent or legal guardian. If a child is under the care of another adult, an authorization letter from the parent(s) will be required, granting permission for that adult to act on their behalf regarding the child’s affairs.

Below is a step-by-step guide to our admission process.

Admission Process at Bellus Spring Academy

We are delighted that you are considering joining the Bellus Spring Academy family. Our admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive for both parents and learners.

Step 1: Inquiry & School Tour

Parents or guardians may contact the school to request information or schedule a visit. A tour gives families the opportunity to experience our learning environment and ask questions about our curriculum and programs.

Step 2: Application Form Submission

Complete and submit the Admission Application Form, available at the school’s front office or via our website. A non-refundable application fee is required at this stage.

Step 3: Document Submission

Along with the application form, parents/guardians must provide:

  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport

  • 2 recent passport-sized photographs of the child

  • Immunization/health records

  • Previous school reports or transcripts (for Primary admissions)

  • Parent/guardian’s ID

Step 4: Assessment / Interview
  • Preschool (Crèche – KG2): Children are observed through play and interaction to understand their developmental stage.

  • Primary School: Applicants may take a short assessment in English, Numeracy, and General Knowledge, followed by an interview with the Head of School.

Step 5: Admission Decision

The Admissions Office will communicate the outcome of the application directly to parents/guardians. If successful, parents will receive an admission letter and invoice.

Step 6: Acceptance & Payment of Fees

To confirm enrollment, parents must:

  1. Sign the admission acceptance form.

  2. Pay the required fees (registration, tuition, and other applicable charges) by the given deadline.

Step 7: Orientation & Enrollment

New families are invited to an orientation session, where they meet teachers and receive important information about school policies, uniforms, and academic expectations. Students officially begin classes thereafter.
